FAQ
What size stone do
you use?Contact us with your requirements. We can handle pieces up to 12"x24" (or 24"x12"). We've made memorials ranging from tile thickness up to 2" thick. While we can use material 4" thick, doing so will be evaluated on a case by case basis, taking size and weight into consideration.
I have a special message, what text may I include?
Anything you wish, our goal is your satisfaction. We're flexible when it come to font (text) style, size, and placement. We can even use your own handwriting. (Handwriting will need to be scanned like a photo. A black gel pen on white paper works best, but almost any pen can be used.)
Do you have a showroom?
No, we use mail, email, and phone.
How does the order process work?
First we'll work with you to create the perfect design. Next you pay for your order. Then we manufacture and ship it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can take your credit card information over the phone, or we can send a link to accept payment using PayPal. (PayPal allows you to pay by credit card, PayPal account, or bank account. PayPal keeps your account information private.)
What makes a good photo for your process?
Nice sharp high contrast photos work best. (Avoid large areas of solid color.) Remember it will be converted to black & white, and photos on rock have a much lower resolution than on paper or your computer. It's your responsibility to only give us photos you legally have the right to copy. (Some professional photographers reserve this right for themselves.)
I'd like a photo on the memorial, can I send you a digital file?
Yes, please make sure the picture has a resolution of at least 300dpi at the rendered size. (email or call if you have any questions.)
Can I send you a traditional photograph?
Yes. While we will make every effort to return your photo unharmed, we ask that you refrain from sending any photos you can't afford to loose.
What are your prices?
The quick answer is; "It depends on what you want, and what's needed to meet your desires." We do also have some "standard" options:
